To make paying for your order as simple and flexible as possible, we support multiple different payment methods. You can make your choice at the end of the checkout process.

The delivery only takes place in Germany and Austria now. Free shipping within Germany and Austria. We do not offer various shipping options.

Depending on customer’s address, we ship by Simplelogistik order Cargoboard. The shipping method depends on the size and weight of the package and can not be varied.

Unless otherwise stated in the item description, the delivery time for Germany is 2-4 working days and for Austria it is 3-6 working days.

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. Orders that reach us on Friday afternoon will not be processed until Monday.

Once your order has been sent out, we will send you a confirmation letter and a Tracking number so that you can follow up on your order anywhere. Our reliable logistics partners ensure that your e-bike is transported to you in well-protected conditions.
