HEPHA is taking off in northern Germany with Florian Weise. The 31-year-old is taking over responsibility for the sales region and, as an experienced Area Sales Manager, will support specialist retail partners on site.

"With Florian Weise, we have filled another relevant position in our team. The sales team in Germany is being formed step by step," says Bernd Lesch, Managing Director for Sales and Business Development. "He has been looking after specialist bicycle retailers in the region for a long time and brings with him a network that has grown over many years."

After training as a retail salesman at RadnRoll in Jena, Florian Weise held various positions in e-commerce and as store manager at Fachmarkt Hinrich Kiel GmbH & Co. KG. In 2017, he returned to the bike industry and took on a position as Sales Representative at CONWAY Bikes, later working for PIERER New Mobility Deutschland GmbH. "I was immediately hooked by HEPHA's spirit: I'm really looking forward to being part of something big right from the start. Now it's time to structure the sales territory in the north, establish contacts with old and new specialist retail partners and make my presence felt," says Florian Weise.
