We currently ship our e-bikes and accessories to France, Germany, Austria, Luxembourg and Belgium.

The shipping method is determined by the size and weight of the package and cannot be altered.
Shipping & Delivery Estimates
Generally, all HEPHA orders are processed within 3 business days. Please note that there is no delivery on weekends and public holidays. Orders received on Friday will not be processed until Monday.
The estimated delivery times after shipping are as follows:
- Germany: 2-4 working days*
- Austria: 3-6 working days*
- France, Belgium, Luxembourg: 7-15 working days*
Upon shipment of your order, we will send you a confirmation email along with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your order at any time. Our reliable logistics partners ensure that your e-bike is transported under optimal protective conditions.
All of our bikes are carefully packed in special bike boxes to safeguard them during transportation. Your bike will be shipped pre-assembled and will be ready to ride after just a few simple steps.
⚠️ Important: Receiving Your Shipment & Transport Damage
To protect your rights, please carefully inspect the package upon delivery before signing the acceptance slip:
- Check the Outer Carton: Minor dents or dirt on the box are normal. However, if there are major tears, holes, or the carton is visibly open, please ask the delivery driver to wait while you inspect the contents.
- Accepting with Reservations: If the packaging is damaged but the e-bike inside is completely intact, you may accept the delivery. However, you must write "Accepted with reservations / Damaged box" on the driver’s delivery note.
- Reporting Transport Damage: If you discover any scratches, dents, or missing parts due to transport, please document it immediately with clear photos/videos and contact us at service@hepha.com. We will handle it for you right away.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
Please do not dispose of the original shipping carton. In the event of a return or exchange, the e-bike must be sent back completely and securely in its original packaging.
