Financing with Santander

Can I finance more than one item?

Yes, you can finance all items in your shopping cart.

Is there a minimum amount for financing?

Yes, the total amount in the shopping cart (financing amount) must be at least €99.

When will I receive my order?

Once your documents have been received by Santander Consumer Bank AG, reviewed, and positively assessed, the goods (if available) will be shipped to you.

Can I cancel the financing application?

The statutory right of withdrawal applies to the purchase contract, which begins at the earliest upon receipt of the goods. If you wish to proceed with the purchase contract and only choose an alternative payment method, the financing contract must be canceled within the specified period. If you want to withdraw from the purchase contract, the financing contract will become void. For more information about the right of withdrawal, please refer to the withdrawal instructions in your financing contract.

Why is a legitimacy check required?

Every bank is legally required to conduct a legitimacy check. This verification is for your own safety, ensuring that you can be unequivocally identified as the applicant for the financing. Note: If you are already a customer of Santander Consumer Bank, a new authentication may not be required under certain conditions.

Who can I contact if I have questions about my financing?

Your contact person for questions regarding your financing application is the Santander E-Commerce Team: 02161 - 690 7680 caps@santander.de, Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

What should I do if I receive an error message?

The browser-based Santander financing platform is compatible with the following internet browsers: Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, and Opera. Functionality may not be guaranteed with other browsers (e.g., Safari or Google Chrome).

Are there acceptance criteria for shopping cart financing?

The following requirements must generally be met: (1) Age of majority, (2) Main residence in Germany, (3) Possession of a checking account, (4) Regular income, (5) Valid ID or passport with a current proof of address for your main residence, and (6) For non-EU citizens, additional documentation such as residence and work permits and a current proof of address for your main residence are required.

Where is financing with Santander available?

Currently, we offer financing with Santander only in Germany.

About Shipping

Shipping Countries and Costs

We currently ship our e-bikes and accessories to France, Germany, and Austria.

Shipping costs: Shipping fees for E-Bikes will be charged starting from January 15, 2025.

Estimated Delivery Times

Generally, all Hepha orders are processed within three business days. The estimated delivery time after shipping is 2-4 working days* for Germany, 3-6 working days* for Austria, and 7-15 working days* for France.

*Actual shipping time depends on your location and the warehouse from which your product is shipped. Unforeseen circumstances can also cause delays in delivery.

Tracking Information

Upon shipment of your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a link to track your package.*

*Please note that for the ZUFALL delivery service, the link/tracking number will only be active when the bike is being collected.

Lost During Shipping

In the event that the ordered product(s) do not reach the provided address (when correctly provided) or are lost during the shipping process, we reserve the right to conduct a full investigation and search that may take up to 30 days. Within this period, we retain the right to withhold a full refund or resend the same product(s). We will keep you updated on the progress and results of the investigation, allowing for appropriate and reasonable action to be taken.

In Case of Unforeseen Circumstances:

In situations beyond our control (such as adverse weather conditions, traffic delays, production delays, or issues with third-party suppliers), we may be unable to deliver goods within the specified timeframes. We will not be liable for delays caused by such circumstances. If a timely delivery is not possible, an alternative delivery date will be provided. Special circumstances like high order volumes, new product releases, or restocking days may also lead to extended shipping times. In such cases, we will communicate this on the product page and send a follow-up email reminder.

All of our bikes are packed in special bike boxes to protect your bike during transportation. Your bike ships pre-assembled, and will be ready to ride after a few simple steps. We created a quick video that shows everything you need to do.
