Click & Collect
You order the bike from Hepha, and we'll ship it to a dealer of your choice. The Click & Collect shipping cost is free. The dealer will contact you as soon as you're ready to pick up your bike.
How to use Click & Collect

Step 1 - At checkout, select the ‘Pickup in store’ delivery option.

Step 2 - Choose the local dealer you want to pick your bike up from.

Step 3 - Enter your information and complete your order.

Step 4 - Now, all you have to do is wait. As soon as your bike’s ready to collect, the dealer will contact you.
Delivery times
We, Hepha GmbH (hereinafter referred to as HEPHA), will arrange for your bike to be shipped as soon as possible. The average delivery time is 5 to 10 business days.
For Click & Collect orders, your dealer will contact you as soon as you are ready to pick up your bike.
Payment Term
For your convenience, for Click & Collect orders, please pay it to the dealer shop when you pick it up.
The purchase invoice will be issued by the same dealer when you pick up the E-Bike. The purchase contract will be placed between you and the dealer directly.
Warranty & Service
Hepha offers a 2-year warranty on important components such as the motor, battery and charger etc. The dealer will take care of the warranty and service for you.
Return & Refund
Please contact the Click & Collect dealer shop for further information as the purchase contract is placed with the dealer.
Privacy & Data protection
We respect your privacy and personal life, but sometimes we need your personal data to process your order (Name, address, telephone number, email address ,etc.)
We may also need to share the data with our business partners to fulfill your order.
We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation and other national data protection laws of the Member States as well as all other relevant laws. You may request information about your personal data processed by us.
