Bernd Lesch joins HEPHA
Another bang for the buck at HEPHA: an absolute industry insider has been added to the management team. In addition to Alex Thusbass, Bernd Lesch is now responsible for Sales and Business Development as Managing Director. This means that the up-and-coming e-bike brand from Maisach near Munich is once again filling a key position with an experienced player.
Born in Central Franconia, he brings with him not only his in-depth specialist knowledge, but above all a large network of specialist retail partners both nationally and internationally. Bernd Lesch will take over the areas of sales and business development in the management and intensify the further expansion of the dealer network. He will also drive HEPHA's internationalization forward step by step.

The exciting team of old and new faces was also a powerful argument for him to switch to HEPHA. After working in retail and abroad, Bernd Lesch worked for the Winora Group for eleven years. There he was responsible for the export activities of all brands in the bicycle, accessories and parts sectors. In 2018, he moved to PEXCO to continue his career as Director Sales. In 2021, he joined the management team at PIERER New Mobility Deutschland GmbH and, as Managing Director, was responsible for the sales activities of all brands in the DACH region as well as Central and Eastern European countries / Benelux.
