HEPHA is taking off in northern Germany with Florian Weise. The 31-year-old is taking over responsibility for the sales region and, as an experienced Area Sales Manager, will support specialist retail partners on site.

HEPHA is filling another relevant company position with Finn Menje. He starts as Product Manager in Maisach and is now part of the Product Management team for the growing e-bike collection.

Another bang for the buck at HEPHA: an absolute industry insider has been added to the management team. In addition to Alex Thusbass, Bernd Lesch is now responsible for Sales and Business Development as Managing Director. This means that the up-and-coming e-bike brand from Maisach near Munich is once again filling a key position with an experienced player.

HEPHA brings another industry insider into the team with Laura Christ. As Head of Trade Marketing & New Business, the 32-year-old will be responsible for supporting specialist retail partners with immediate effect.

Another industry insider joins HEPHA in Maisach: Gregor Lazarides is now responsible for marketing the e-bike brand. Together with the Managing Director, Alex Thusbass, he will take care of the brand orientation and awareness as well as further sharpening the digital brand presence. He will also be responsible for product marketing and event coordination, as well as developing a uniform content strategy across various channels.

World champion, World Cup winner and e-MTB pioneer Guido Tschugg is taking his career to the next level. For the first time, in addition to his activities as a rider and testimonial, he will primarily be driving forward the development of the E-MTB division and the drive system. The up-and-coming e-bike brand from Maisach near Munich will soon be presenting its first off-road collection.
