A: Your HEPHA e-bike is thoroughly checked and 99% pre-assembled by professional technicians at our Service Center in Germany before it leaves. When it arrives, you only need to straighten the handlebars and screw in the pedals. Your new HEPHA e-bike is ready to ride in just a few simple steps!

Q: How is the E-Dropper powered? Does it require a separate battery?
A: No extra battery or charging is needed! The E-Dropper is seamlessly integrated into the HEPHA system and is powered directly by your e-bike’s main battery. Q: What happens if I have an issue with the E-Dropper or the bike?
A: Both your HEPHA e-bike and the E-Dropper seatpost are covered by our full 2-year warranty (excluding standard wear-and-tear parts). Because the E-Dropper is an integrated electronic component, it is fully covered. If you ever need assistance, our customer support and our extensive network of over 600 local dealers across Europe are always there to help you quickly and professionally.
Q: How long does bike shipping take?
A: The order processing time is 2-3 business days.
Delivery time is 3-5 business days for Germany, 3-10 business days for Austria, and 7-15 business days for France.
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
We recommend placing your order as soon as possible to ensure you receive your bike quickly.
Q: What is the range of the 708 Wh and 804 Wh batteries?
A: The range depends on many factors (e.g., total system weight, assistance level, terrain, surface conditions, weather), all of which influence each other. Therefore, it is difficult to state a general range in kilometers, as these distances are often only achieved under optimal conditions (e.g., flat terrain). For example, a person weighing 65 kg can travel up to 180 km in ECO mode with a fully charged 708 Wh battery. The maximum range in TOUR mode is 137 km, and up to 120 km in TURBO mode. With the 804 Wh battery, you can generally ride about 15-20 kilometers farther than with the 708 Wh battery.
Thanks to the efficient P101C motor, HEPHA batteries deliver 5-10% more real-world range compared to similar systems.
Our battery is removable and can be easily swapped. So, if you are planning longer tours, you can purchase a second battery to double your range.
