Back to the (Munich) roots: Gregor Lazarides becomes new Head of Consumer & Digital Marketing at HEPHA
All signs point to growth! HEPHA is adding another experienced player from the bicycle industry to its team. Gregor Lazarides has been the new Head of Consumer & Digital Marketing of the young e-bike brand from Maisach near Munich since February.
Another industry insider joins HEPHA in Maisach: Gregor Lazarides is now responsible for marketing the e-bike brand. Together with the Managing Director, Alex Thusbass, he will take care of brand alignment and awareness as well as further sharpening the digital brand presence. His responsibilities will also include product marketing and event coordination, as well as the development of a uniform content strategy across various channels.
The 38-year-old began his career at Deuter Sport GmbH, where he started as Content Manager and left after seven years as Head of Online Marketing. He moved from Munich to the far north to work as Head of Marketing at Bergamont. After another year as Team Lead at the Statista R portal, where he focused on digital strategy, UX/UI and SEO topics, the Munich native returned home. “Alex Thusbass's enthusiasm is infectious and I was hooked from the very first conversation. HEPHA has an incredible amount of potential: the combination of bikes and my own drive offers unimagined opportunities and I want to seize them in my new role,” says Gregor Lazarides.
