HEPHA GmbH was founded in May 2021 in Germany and one of the factories is in Maisach (near Munich). We design, develop and assemble e-bikes, focussing for the moment on EU markets.
The name "HEPHA" is an abbreviation of "HEPHAISTOS", the name of the Greek god of fire and crafts. HEPHA shares a common goal with him: to improve life through technology and art. Because unlike the other Olympian gods, who used their divine power purely, Hephaestus used both technology and art to take his own destiny into his own hands.
The combination of high-tech and design is also the key for HEPHA to inspire a growing community with contemporary mobility products. The development and the entire design process takes place in Germany. Final assembly takes place at various production sites worldwide, one of which is in the new plant in Maisach near Munich.

As part of our expansion in France, we are looking for a B2B Field Sales Representative (m/f/d) to accelerate our presence in a strategic territory covering Paris / Ile-de-France, Brittany, Normandy, Vendee, and the Loire Valley.

Your Mission
Reporting to the Sales Director France, you will represent the brand to specialist retailers and mobility players and drive business development in your territory with a high degree of autonomy.
- Grow HEPHA Bikes revenue and market share.
- Identify, prospect, and open new accounts.
- Build loyalty and expand partnerships with our dealer network.
- Support stores with product training and sell-out activities.
- Present new collections and implement the company's commercial policy.
- Build true partnerships with customers through regular, high-quality follow-up.
- Continuously monitor competitors and report field insights.
- Participate in trade fairs, events, and demo days.
Your Profile
Above all, you are a business developer who enjoys building trusted, long-term customer relationships.
- Successful experience in field-based B2B sales.
- Good knowledge of specialist distribution networks (cycling, sports, outdoor, mobility, or technical equipment).
- Strong service mindset.
- High autonomy, strong organization, and a results-driven approach.
- English level sufficient to communicate with our internal teams.
- Experience in the bicycle or mobility sector is a strong advantage.
- Valid driving licence required.
