The HEPHA City 7 Ultra is the top model of our city e-bikes, combining urban mobility with trekking-bike qualities. The stepless Enviolo hub gears meet the powerful HEPHA P101 motor and a generous 800 Wh battery. With the City 7 Ultra, HEPHA pushes the boundaries of city bikes and turns it into a tour-ready all-rounder. The stepless Enviolo hub gears shift smoothly – even under load or at a standstill – and are especially low-maintenance. Combined with the quiet, clean Gates belt, this creates a drivetrain system that’s ideal for everyday use in any weather.

The P101 motor with 100 Nm and the huge 800 Wh battery ensure you arrive relaxed and without charging stops. Add an 80 mm suspension fork and wide Schwalbe tires as comfort boosters, bright lighting for night rides, and the sturdy MIK HD carrier approved for child seats. Available as a high-step or low-step frame in three frame sizes in striking Dark Blue with a metallic effect.

The HEPHA P101 delivers more than enough reserves with 100 Nm – whether steep climbs, heavy loads or technically demanding trails. Finely tuned sensors ensure a natural, controlled ride feel despite the high output.

High-capacity 800 Wh battery

With 800 Wh, the battery offers noticeably more reserves. It’s neatly integrated into the frame, easy to remove, and delivers plenty thanks to its high energy density. Combined with the efficient motor, you get more distance, more elevation, and more freedom.

Continuously variable Enviolo hub gears

This continuously variable hub gear offers around 380% gear range, close to classic derailleur systems. That means you can tackle steeper climbs. The ratio can be adjusted smoothly, even under load – designed for high e-bike torque.

Low-maintenance belt drive

No rattling, no grease, no rust – the Gates Carbon Drive CDX is the drivetrain for those who demand more. Durable, quiet and incredibly strong, it handles every challenge, whether on long rides or rough off-road terrain.

NEW! HEPHA ErgoAdjust – Adjust ergonomics with revolutionary ease

ErgoAdjust enables simple ergonomic adjustment of your HEPHA e-bike – directly on the bike, guided via the app, without specialist knowledge or special tools. Available free of charge in the HEPHA app (from Q2/2026).

SR Suntour Mobie34-D Air suspension fork 80 mm

The Suntour Mobie34-D AIR 2CR with its 80 mm suspension travel provides additional comfort, dampens vibrations and compensates for bumps.

ISTOS MIK-HD Rear Carrier

This robust rear carrier is approved for child seats and features a MIK HD interface. Baskets, bags or seats can be securely clicked into place, while the spring clamp and pannier rails provide additional flexible mounting options.

6 A fast charger

The included fast charger charges about 1.5× faster than standard chargers. Robust, light, dust- and waterproof – perfect for tours and everyday use.
