You can join our program by creating an account on our website. If you already have an account, then you are already a member of our program.
All actions regarding the program can be done in the pop-up window at the bottom right of the website page. You can check your balance and VIP tier, earn points and redeem discounts.
After you redeem the discounts, you will get a coupon code that you can use at check out.
If you return your order, your points earned from the order will be cancelled as well.
The points for the order will reach your account 15 days after the order is completed. The points for entering your birthday will reach your account on your next birthday. The points earned from other activities are supposed to arrive in a few seconds.
Yes, the points will expire after 180 days.

The criterion is the total amount of your earning points. Please note that we count your total earning point amount rather than your balance, which means that redeeming discounts does not affect your VIP tier.
You can contact us to change your birthday. The reward points can only be earned once so you will not receive points again.
