For which e-bike is the app suitable?
The Hepha app is suitable for the HEPHA Trekking 7 e-bike. If you wish, you can view all the technical data of the e-bike here:

Password: Use at least 8 characters, including uppercase and lowercase letters, and numbers. After you have entered your password, you will receive a confirmation email. You should click on the link in the email.
Bluetooth Connection / E-Bike Registration
Please log into the Hepha APP and scan the QR code on the back of the manual to register your e-bike.
1) Connect your smartphone to the Hepha display on the e-bike via Bluetooth.Stay close to the e-bike while connecting to Bluetooth. If the Bluetooth logo is gray, Bluetooth is turned off.
If the Bluetooth logo is bold black, Bluetooth is on but not connected. If the Bluetooth logo is blue, the Bluetooth connection has been successfully established.
2) The battery level in the app is the same as on the display, and the icon is green. The display automatically shows the current time.
3) Currently, the total kilometers can only be viewed through the app (the total kilometers cannot be read on the display).
4) After a successful Bluetooth connection, we can provide you with an updated version of the motor software in the app and analyze the motor support data, as the display itself does not have a network.
5) While riding, you should turn on the Bluetooth of the display and your mobile phone. After a successful Bluetooth connection, the Hepha app can display ride data. After a successful Bluetooth connection, you can adjust the motor support in the app.
How to Open the "Phone Key" Function in the APP
1) Please connect the display and the app via Bluetooth.
2) Open the "Phone Key" function.
3) Set a password for the display.
4) Turn the display off and then on again.
5) Enter your password for the display, or the display will unlock automatically when the phone is near the bike.
Important: First, you must turn on the Bluetooth of the display and the mobile phone. And the display must be successfully connected to the app. The display should be installed on the bike.
Language in the APP
How do I perform software updates for the motor, battery, and display via the app?
Our software for the motor, battery, and display could be regularly updated through the Hepha APP.
1) Open the Hepha app.
2) Log in to the Hepha app. There is a QR code for the frame number on the back of the user manual. Scan the QR code to register your bike.
3) Open the settings page.
4) Settings: Red dots appear on the right side of the motor software, battery software, display software, and shift assistance.
5) Click to update.
6) The red dot disappears: The upgrade is successful.
You can download the Hepha APP for free from the Google Play Store and the App Store, and it is available in both English and German.If you have an OTA update, please connect your smartphone to the Hepha display on the e-bike via Bluetooth,then the motor, battery, and drive system can be updated.
