The shipping method is determined by the size and weight of the package and cannot be altered.

Generally, all Hepha orders are processed within 3 business days. The estimated delivery times after shipping are as follows:

• Germany: 2-4 working days*
• Austria: 3-6 working days*
• France: 7-15 working days*

Please note that there is no delivery on weekends and public holidays. Orders received on Friday will not be processed until Monday.

Upon shipment of your order, we will send you a confirmation email along with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your order at any time. Our reliable logistics partners ensure that your e-bike is transported under optimal protective conditions.

All of our bikes are carefully packed in special bike boxes to safeguard them during transportation. Your bike will be shipped pre-assembled and will be ready to ride after just a few simple steps.
