Stefan Loibl Joins HEPHA as Senior Marketing Manager, Providing Industry Expertise
When deep industry knowledge meets a clear content strategy: HEPHA has strategically brought on Stefan Loibl to strengthen the team for its next phase of growth. The 39-year-old sports scientist and editor joined the team on March 1, 2026, as Senior Marketing Manager, bringing with him experience from the media, industry, and retail sectors.

HEPHA is tapping into another export market: The Maisach e-bike brand is now also available in parts of Italy. The partners for the collaboration are the sports agency Armin Forer from South Tyrol and the two independent sales representatives Davide Fracavallo and Graziano Cannatella.

Welcome Gregor Lazarides
Another industry insider joins HEPHA in Maisach: Gregor Lazarides is now responsible for marketing the e-bike brand. Together with the Managing Director, Alex Thusbass, he will take care of the brand orientation and awareness as well as further sharpening the digital brand presence. He will also be responsible for product marketing and event coordination, as well as developing a uniform content strategy across various channels.
Guido Tschugg joins HEPHA
World champion, World Cup winner and e-MTB pioneer Guido Tschugg is taking his career to the next level. For the first time, in addition to his activities as a rider and testimonial, he will primarily be driving forward the development of the E-MTB division and the drive system. The up-and-coming e-bike brand from Maisach near Munich will soon be presenting its first off-road collection.
