Through your company or employer, you can lease an E-Bike. It's yours to use freely for daily commutes or leisure rides. Your employer deducts the bike lease amount from your monthly pre-tax salary, known as "salary conversion."

How Does it Work?

Inquiry with Your Company & Opening an Account

Check if your company is already connected with Deutsche Dienstrad. It's best to reach out to the relevant person in your organization (typically managed by HR). They will provide you with a registration link to create a personal account with Deutsche Dienstrad.

Select Your Dream E-Bike

Choose your ideal E-Bike from the HEPHA website. Essentially, all available E-Bikes are eligible.

Submit Your Application

Fill out the application form below and send it to us. Important: Please always use the email address you used to register with Deutsche Dienstrad (see step 1).

Approval of the leasing offer

We will send you a leasing offer in the Deutsche Dienstrad Plattform. After you have accepted this, it will be forwarded to your employer in the Deutsche Dienstrad Plattform for further approval. As soon as he approves it, we send your selected e-bike! Done!

Throughout and at the End of the Leasing Period:r

The conversion rate process happens automatically via your monthly salary statement. This means no additional costs, as the amount is directly deducted from your pre-tax salary. At the end of the lease, you can decide whether to return, purchase, or select a new E-Bike.
