Campudus GmbH, DiBike’s official Veloconnect implementation partner, has worked with HEPHA E-Bikes to implement full Veloconnect integration for the e-bike brand. With this move, HEPHA is consistently expanding its digital collaboration with more than 550 retail partners in Germany.
A unique feature of the project: HEPHA is launching with the full range of Veloconnect’s currently available features right from the start. From Version 1.1 for catalogs and order processing, through Version 1.3 for digital delivery notes, invoices, and order confirmations, to Version 1.6 for the transmission of sales data, HEPHA’s authorized dealers thus have the full range of the standard at their disposal.
Fully digital from Product Data Record to Order
Technically, HEPHA relies on the new, simplified basic version of Campudus’s Veloconnect Server: Thanks to standardized processes and CSV-based data exchange, the integration was completed in a short time – without requiring extensive development work on HEPHA’s part.
The server is directly linked to VeloPIM: Product data is automatically synchronized and made available to retail partners via the complementary multi-standard tool MUSTARD in the established BIDEX format. Customized retailer pricing and multi-location support also pave the way for an international rollout.
Better Collaboration with Specialized Retailers
For HEPHA, the project is another building block in expanding its collaboration with specialty retailers: “Our retailer network is growing rapidly – and with it, the demands for efficient and scalable processes are also increasing. With Campudus, we have a partner with whom we can integrate Veloconnect, product data, and other standards into a shared infrastructure. This reduces manual effort, improves data quality, and simplifies day-to-day collaboration for our retail partners.” Bernd Lesch and Alex Thusbass, Managing Directors of HEPHA GmbH.
