Q: When is the last day to order for Christmas delivery?
A: For the best chance of pre-Christmas delivery, please place your order by December 17, 2025. Orders placed after this date will be processed and shipped when we reopen, starting January 7, 2026.
Q: Can I pay for my HEPHA E-Bike in installments?
A: Yes! We offer convenient installment payment options through several partners:
Alma: 2–4 months interest-free
Zinia: 12–48 months, with a fixed interest rate of 7.9%
Klarna: 6–36 months (interest rate depends on your individual situation)
PayPal: Up to 24 months (interest rate depends on your individual situation)

We also offer leasing options through Jobrad, Bikeleasing, Deutsche Dienstrad, and Business Bike.
