The primary destination for service is our continuously expanding HEPHA dealer network. Here, you receive professional service directly on-site – even for HEPHA E-Bikes purchased online. You can also test ride new HEPHAs, seek advice, and make purchases!
🛠️ What if there is no HEPHA Dealer nearby?
No worries! Essentially, you can also have your HEPHA E-Bike serviced at any other workshop. Most components are sourced from reputable manufacturers and adhere to industry standards, making them easily repairable or replaceable by any workshop. We provide the appropriate spare parts directly if needed for our drive system.
If a workshop declines service (e.g., because you didn't purchase the bike there), we will find a solution!

📄 What is the procedure for warranty claims?
All our E-Bikes come with a standard 2-year warranty, and you also receive a 5-year warranty on the frame!
If an issue arises during this period, the process follows the typical repair protocol. It is best to approach an authorized HEPHA dealer. If that is not feasible, any other workshop can handle the process – we cover the costs of a valid warranty case in all instances.
