ErgoAdjust System
Despite numerous adjustment options available, many riders do not take advantage of the ergonomic possibilities of their e-bikes.
The new ErgoAdjust system changes that:
All ergonomically relevant contact points of our HEPHA e-bikes are now equipped with numbered scales. This ensures that all settings - from our own or external consulting systems - can be reliably transferred to the e-bike.
In the HEPHA app, the user can enter central body data and determine his desired sitting position. The system provides suggestions with setting values that can be easily transferred to the e-bike with the help of the scales.
NEW! Anti-Theft System (ATS)
Immobilizer
The 2Lock immobilizer is integrated directly into the hub and locks it together with the axle. A locking bolt that is inaccessible from outside makes the lock 100% burglar-proof. Attempting to escape on the bike or to resell it is therefore almost impossible.
Alarm
Thief deterrent: The new alarm attracts maximum attention with a loud human voice.
Watch-Mode
Stolen bikes are often difficult to recognize – until now. The new Watch Mode permanently marks the bike as stolen in the event of theft, making it extremely unattractive for resale. At the same time, the mode blocks all drive components from operating, making the bike unusable for the thieves.
Replacement-Service
If a theft of a bike equipped with the “ATS” is nevertheless successful, the optional HEPHA Replacement Service takes effect: The service can be booked with a one-time fee of €149 when buying a bike – and it protects the e-bike for three years. In an emergency, the stolen bike will be replaced, hassle-free.

NEW! - ISTOS Components
With „ISTOS“ we present a new brand for components and accessories - developed especially for HEPHA. The new name „ISTOS“ is derived from the second part of our namesake „HEPHAISTOS“. As it is well-known, the bike and it´s accessory brand form a unit. This is exactly what we claim: a well-thought-out overall system from a single source.
E-Dropper for Retrofitting
The new electronic dropper seatpost can be seamlessly integrated into the system. The dropper does not require time-consuming cable routings or additional levers and is conveniently controlled remotely. All MY26 bikes are fully pre-wired from the factory. style, or as a space to display recent reviews or FAQs.
FlexCarrier for Generation 8
With the FlexCarrier, we offer a robust, modular MIK-HD luggage rack, that flexibly adapts to different customer needs. It can optionally be equipped with a separately available spring flap that can be mounted on both sides – as well as retaining rails for panniers.
Highlights
Range Duplicator up to 1.200 Wh
With the new HEPHA Range Duplicator, the battery capacity can be doubled to a whopping 1,200 Wh. At its core, it is a second battery – available at an attractive MSRP of € 499.
HEPHA P101C
In the future, the model range will be starting from 100Nm versions – the variants with 80 and 90Nm from prior generations will be dropped out of the lineup.
HEPHA P110
Our successful P101C engine is getting a reinforcement: the new HEPHA P110. With 110Nm of maximum torque and 800W of peak power, it steps up our drive line one more level.
