How to use Click & Collect

Add your dream E-Bike to your cart and start checkout.

At checkout page, select the "Pickup in store” delivery option.

Choose the local dealer you want to pick your bike up from.

Enter your information and complete your order.

Now, all you have to do is wait. When your E-Bike is shipped to the dealer, you will receive an email containing the order tracking information. As soon as your bike’s ready to collect, the dealer will contact you.
Click & Collect at your local dealer
Click & Collect is only available for E-Bikes. Regarding accessories, you can select suitable ones at the dealer's store when picking up your bike.
If you are unable to use Click & Collect, this may be due to one of the following reasons:
The product you selected is not available for Click & Collect.
The specific pickup location does not offer Click & Collect for that particular model.
Hepha will ship your bike to the dealer within 5 to 10 business days. The dealer will notify you when it’s ready for collection.
You will pay directly at the dealer's shop when you collect your bike, where you'll also receive your purchase invoice.
Hepha offers a 2-year warranty on key components, managed by the dealer.
