The 39-year-old sports scientist and editor joined the team on March 1, 2026, as Senior Marketing Manager, bringing with him experience from media, industry, and retail.
With Stefan Loibl, HEPHA is strengthening its marketing team with a proven expert who has deep-rooted experience in the cycling sector. The sports scientist and longtime editor combines journalistic expertise with solid industry experience and a deep understanding of products, markets, and target audiences.
Loibl began his career in special-interest journalism at Delius Klasing Verlag, where, most recently as Digital Cycling Editor-in-Chief, he played a key role in shaping the digital content strategy for the cycling segment. He subsequently gained extensive experience across the entire value chain of the bicycle industry: as Content & Project Manager at BikeCenter with a clear B2B focus on specialty retailers, as Marketing Manager at Newmen, and most recently as Brand Manager at Messingschlager. This combination of media expertise, brand management, and retail insight makes him a key liaison between product, communication, and sales.
At HEPHA, Loibl will oversee the strategic and operational development of content and marketing activities across various channels. What appeals to him most is the combination of technological innovation and entrepreneurial agility: a young, dynamic team that consciously breaks new ground and clearly distinguishes itself from the traditional corporate environment.
